Collecting Guest Forms Using the Zenoti Mobile App
Step 1: Open the Guest’s Appointment from the Employee View
Step 2: Launch the Intake Form for In‑Person Completion
Step 3: Enable Guest Mode (Lock the Device)
Step 4: Submit the Intake Form and Return to the Appointment Book
Step 5: Open and Secure Consent Forms from the Employee View
Step 6: Access the Guest Kiosk from the Zenoti Mobile App
Step 7: Have the Guest Check In and View Required Forms on the Kiosk
Step 8: Complete One or Multiple Forms on the Kiosk
Step 9: Finalize Check-In and Reset the Kiosk
